Our Bradford Social and Support group is where it all began.
It’s a dynamic group open to anyone aged 18 or over who identifies as trans, gender variant or questioning their gender identity. We have occasional speakers, a monthly Swap Shop, and our Peer Mentors are always on hand. We meet in a safe city centre space from 7pm EVERY Monday. FREE refreshments are provided. (Changing facilities ARE available if needed.)
Our DONCASTER groups are open to anyone Trans, non-binary or gender variant.

We run two groups in Doncaster. Our Social group meets on the 1st Wednesday of the month at Sober Social; 18 Priory Place, Doncaster. DN1 1BZ from 6 – 10 pm.

Our Support group meets on the 3rd Wednesday of the month next to the Unitarian Church at 60a Hall Gate, Doncaster, DN1 3PB.

We are fortunate to have the space to bring our AFAB group for anyone Assigned Female At Birth who does not identify as female, the Trans-Lations group for the partners and families of trans folk. As well as all this Halifax Deed Poll Services is on hand offering FREE deed polls and name change advice. Thanks to Healthwatch Doncaster for some of the funding to run this group.

Our new social and support group in Leeds. Open to anyone over 18 who is trans, gender variant or questioning their gender identity. We meet on the second Thursday of the month from 6pm at Mesmac’s Leeds office.

Refreshments are provided free of charge.

Trans Mission’s AFAB group is for people that identify as trans masculine, ftm, non-binary, gender non-conforming people or anyone who was assumed female at birth that is questioning their gender identity. The Man Cave group meets on the 1st Monday of the month from 7:00pm at our Bradford base but in our own part of the building. www.facebook.com/thetransmissionmancave
Trans-Lations is for the partners and family members of anyone who is trans or gender variant. It’s run by Sheila with Ruffus and Gillian and meets once a month, downstairs, at our main Bradford group. It’s for anyone who wants a safe space to talk about how their loved one’s gender identity affects them, wants support when a loved one comes out or just wants to know more about trans and gender variant issues.
Trans Mission’s Wellbeing Support Group meets on the 4th Monday of the month as part of our Monday night Social and Support group but in a different part of the building. It is a safe space to talk about any issues people may be having, to gain some coping strategies and to access other sources of support. It is a confidential group and people are welcome to talk about anything.
